Payment Policy

​At Devon Transfers, we understand that our customers may prefer not to pay the full fare upfront when booking.

 

To secure your reservation, we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 28 days before your travel date, payable via BACS (on all airport, seaport and long distance trips).

Please note that the 20% deposit is non-refundable.

We accept card payments for fares up to £40 in our vehicle during daytime hours only (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM) on all local journeys. 

For any local journeys outside these hours (7:00 PM – 9:00 AM), all payments must be made in advance via

Bank Transfer (BACS) or Stripe (online card payments).​
